Unique original artwork inspired by the Rainbow Eucalyptus tree a native of Australia which has spread to asia. I discovered this tree in a book called 50 plants that changed the course of history. When the bark peels it reveals these colours with this intensity.

The painting has been made by collaging torn strips of paper which have been painted using acrylic and mixed media. The Rainbow bugs are collaged on and are made from painted acetate. The painting is on canvas, unframed approximately 2" deep. It is ready to hang and doesn't need framing.

Size 90x90cm or 36x36".
